Es tracta d\u2019un dispositiu innovador que cont\u00e9 un canal bioimpr\u00e8s en 3D amb estructures que imiten les vellositats intestinals i reprodueix els compartiments epitelial i estromal de la mucosa intestinal. En aquest model s\u2019han incorporat el\u00e8ctrodes que permeten supervisar la formaci\u00f3 de la barrera intestinal en temps real. El dispositiu \u00e9s molt vers\u00e0til i te potencial per aplicar-se en el modelat de malalties el cribratge de f\u00e0rmacs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn el nostre estudi, integrem la part tova, que consisteix en hidrogels amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, amb una morfologia adequada. L&#8217;intest\u00ed consta de diverses capes, incloent-hi l&#8217;epiteli que forma la superf\u00edcie interna i l&#8217;estroma, un teixit conjuntiu que dona suport a l&#8217;epiteli i mant\u00e9 la integritat de la barrera intestinal. La manca de representaci\u00f3 adequada d&#8217;aquests components ha limitat el desenvolupament de models efica\u00e7os.
