Tasks and responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n– Maintenance of pluripotent stem cell lines
\n– Expansion of pluripotent stem cell lines and differentiation towards mesoderm progenitors
\n– Performing basic molecular biology techniques (i.e., extraction of RNA, qPCR analysis, among others) and analysis of protein expression (i.e., immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, among others)<\/p>\n

Requirements for candidates:<\/strong>
\n– Biology\/Biotechnology Bachelor
\n– Minimum six months expertise in pluripotent stem cell culture is needed
\n– Expertise in immunohistochemistry analysis will be positively evaluated (H&E,Trichrome staining, etc)
\n– Excellent level of English
\n– Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
\n– Communication and organization skills<\/p>\n
