Usant un m\u00e8tode vers\u00e0til i biocompatible anomenat sol-gel, aquesta biotinta pot ser emprada per imprimir un hidrogel funcionalitzat amb p\u00e8ptids. \u00c9s la primera vegada que s&#8217;utilitza sol-gel per imprimir hidrogels, ja que tots els exemples que combinen sol-gel i impressi\u00f3 3D han estat fins ara construccions inorg\u00e0niques o impressions per extrusi\u00f3 en condicions no biocompatibles.<\/p>\n<p>Les noves matrius funcionen millor que les actuals perqu\u00e8, a m\u00e9s de ser biocompatibles, durant el seu proc\u00e9s d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 hi transcorren certs processos essencials com la hidr\u00f2lisi, donant com a resultat una estructura molt m\u00e9s forta i fiable. Els investigadors, que van treballar en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb col\u00b7legues a Fran\u00e7a, van poder sembrar amb \u00e8xit c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare mesenquimals i ara estan estudiant la possibilitat d&#8217;encapsular c\u00e8l\u00b7lules dins de la tinta h\u00edbrida perqu\u00e8 el cultiu cel\u00b7lular pugui tenir lloc durant el proc\u00e9s de construcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de produir matrius m\u00e9s resistents, la combinaci\u00f3 de la qu\u00edmica del sol-gel i la impressi\u00f3 3D obre la porta a la producci\u00f3 eficient d&#8217;un nombre il\u00b7limitat d&#8217;estructures biocompatibles personalitzades, carregades de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules.
