{"id":71365,"date":"2020-02-13T11:59:08","date_gmt":"2020-02-13T10:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ibecbarcelona.eu\/?p=71365"},"modified":"2020-11-19T09:25:18","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T08:25:18","slug":"ibec-phd-programme-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibecbarcelona.eu\/ca\/ibec-phd-programme-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"IBEC PhD Programme 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Highly qualified researchers of all nationalities<\/strong> willing to join a stimulating, interdisciplinary research and high-quality scientific environment are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong> for candidates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates should be ready to enter an official doctoral programme in October 2020 (under Spanish Law). By this time, they must have obtained a university degree and a master\u2019s degree; or must hold an official university qualification from a country of the European Higher Education Area with a minimum of 300 ECTS of official university studies, of which at least 60 are at master\u2019s level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates are eligible for a period of 2 years following the end of the MSc or 5 years following the end of the BSc at the time of deadline (March 16th, 2020).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates must have a strong commitment to scientific research and an excellent academic record.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates must have good working knowledge of English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates must not yet have been awarded a doctoral degree.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates must not have held a PhD contract exceeding twelve months in October 2020.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_p1\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Candidates must not have held any fellowship from the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness for the development of a PhD thesis at the time of deadline (March 16th, 2020).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>USEFUL DATES<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">February 12<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0Launch of the call<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">March 25th, 2020:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0Deadline for submission of applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">April 7<sup>th ,<\/sup><\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>\u00a02020<\/b>: Check of eligibility Criteria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">April 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u2013April 27<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0Evaluation of the candidates\u2019 CVs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">May 4th \u2013May 5th, 2020:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0Communication of results of the evaluation of the candidates\u2019 CVs.
