No ho sabia, per\u00f2 estava establint les bases de les bases de la farmacologia. De fet, la seva idea que existeixen agents terap\u00e8utics &#8220;ideals&#8221; que actuen de manera espec\u00edfica contra els agents infecciosos segueix sent v\u00e0lida avui dia.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, un grup d&#8217;investigadors de l&#8217;Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya (<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">IBEC<\/span>) liderats per\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Giuseppe<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Battaglia<\/span>, investigador principal en el grup de Bi\u00f2nica\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Molecuar<\/span>\u00a0de l&#8217;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">IBEC<\/span>, ha desenvolupat un model per a la medicina de precisi\u00f3 basat tamb\u00e9 en aquesta idea de &#8220;selectivitat&#8221; que defensava\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Ehrlich<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En el seu treball, publicat recentment a la revista especialitzada <a href=\"https:\/\/advances.sciencemag.org\/content\/6\/4\/eaat0919.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Science\u00a0Advances<\/a>, <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">els<\/span>\u00a0autors relaten que el que fa que les nanopart\u00edcules s&#8217;adhereixin a altres part\u00edcules s\u00f3n les caracter\u00edstiques de la corona de vellositats que les recobreix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, el model que proposen els investigadors t\u00e9 en compte tant la mida de les nanopart\u00edcules com la llargada i el nombre de vellositats que les recobreixen. Aix\u00ed mateix, els experts afegeixen\u00a0al\u00a0model un terme addicional,\u00a0l'&#8221;afinitat&#8221;, que juntament amb els altres tres, permet la &#8220;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">superselectivitat<\/span>&#8221; de les nanopart\u00edcules.<\/p>\n<p>Segons els experts, el model permet dissenyar nanopart\u00edcules a mida per a cada pacient, el que pot ser de gran ajuda per personalitzar les ter\u00e0pies.
