Aquesta malaltia comporta un<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> trencament progressiu<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i la degradaci\u00f3 del cart\u00edlag en les articulacions, que condueix <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a un<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dolor cr\u00f2nic i a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">una<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> mobilitat redu\u00efda. Un dels m\u00e8todes que actualment existeixen per reparar aquestes lesions \u00e9s <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la implantaci\u00f3 de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> c<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ondr\u00f2cits (c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de cart\u00edlag<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">) extret<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s del pacient. No obstant aix\u00f2, aquesta t\u00e8cnica est\u00e0 limitada pe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r l\u2019etapa <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d&#8217;expansi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> requeri<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">da <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">per generar teixits de mida <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">suficientment <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gran per omplir la lesi\u00f3, ja que molt sovint els condr\u00f2cits es <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">des<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">diferencien<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">el cultiu<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Aix\u00f2 promou la migraci\u00f3 direccional de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, contribueix a l&#8217;estabilitat mec\u00e0nica dels agregats cel\u00b7lulars i millora les interaccions c\u00e8l\u00b7lula- c\u00e8l\u00b7lula, conduint a una millor formaci\u00f3 del cart\u00edlag <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in vitro<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Mitjan\u00e7ant la modificaci\u00f3 de la quantitat i l&#8217;espai entre els motius RGD en els <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nanopatrons<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">van determinar que hi ha m\u00e9s diferenciaci\u00f3 quan s&#8217;utilitzen <\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nanopatrons<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> S<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">90<\/span><\/b> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">(aquells que presenten el 90% de la seva superf\u00edcie amb una dist\u00e0ncia entre els motius RGD inferior a 70 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nm<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">).
