Actualment s&#8217;estan explorant una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;aplicacions prometedores per a aquests petits dispositius, que es caracteritzen per la seva capacitat <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d&#8217;autopropulsar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">-se<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Des del lliurament selectiu de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">medicaments<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">a dins del cos <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">a la microcirurgia i m\u00e9s, els micromotors <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">es poden <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">fins i tot utilitzar per netejar contaminants del medi ambient. Durant l&#8217;\u00faltima d\u00e8cada, els cient\u00edfics de tot el m\u00f3n han estat investigant diferents dissenys i materials <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">biocompatibles<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> per a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">desenvolupar <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">micromotors segurs i eficients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En un article publicat recentment en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/jacs.0c11061?ref=pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Journal<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> of <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> American <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Chemical<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">Society<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, els investigadors descriuen com van construir micromotors de propulsi\u00f3 enzim\u00e0tica a partir de petits cristalls d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">estructura org<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ano-<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">met\u00e0l\u00b7lic<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Els seus dispositius <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">innovadors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> tenen porus de diferents mides que els permeten encapsular <\/span><span propulsi\u00f3 enzim\u00e0tica basats en estructures organo-met\u00e0l\u00b7liques (MOFs)\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Per construir aquests nous micromotors, els investigadors d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">e l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">IBEC i <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ICN2 van utilitzar un tipus de petites estructures <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">organo-met\u00e0l\u00b7liques <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de cristall poroses<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> (<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MOFs<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. El fet que aquests <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MOF<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">inguin<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">microporus<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> els fa particularment atractius com a xass\u00eds de micromotor<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, ja que els porus poden actuar com a espai de c\u00e0rrega. No obstant aix\u00f2, qualsevol vehicle funcional tamb\u00e9 necessita espai per al motor. En aquest cas, es va utilitzar un proc\u00e9s conegut com a ozon<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00f2<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">lisi per crear cavitats m\u00e9s grans en els cristalls: els <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">me<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">so<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">por<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">u<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> s\u00f3n prou amples perqu\u00e8 els &#8220;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">motors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8221; enzim\u00e0tics s&#8217;ajustin a l&#8217;interior.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Aquests nous micromotors, anomenats &#8220;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MOFtors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8221; pels autors d&#8217;aquest treball, s\u00f3n impulsats per <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l\u2019enzim<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> catalasa. El seu paper en els organismes \u00e9s convertir el per\u00f2xid d&#8217;hidrogen en aigua i gas d&#8217;oxigen. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Aix\u00ed doncs, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">quan el per\u00f2xid d&#8217;hidrogen &#8220;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">el combustible<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8221; es va afegir als <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MOFtors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, les bombolles d&#8217;oxigen creades per la reacci\u00f3 van ser expulsades dels porus, generant propulsi\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, aquests prototips van mostrar una alta efici\u00e8ncia de combustible. Els investigadors van provar la seva capacitat <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d\u2019a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">sorbir<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> un contaminant de l&#8217;aigua, com petits aspiradors. El contaminant utilitzat, un tint conegut com a rodamina B, \u00e9s un contaminant d&#8217;aigua de les ind\u00fastries t\u00e8xtil, pl\u00e0stica i de tint. Quan els <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">MOFtors<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> van ser afegits a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">aigua contaminada sense <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">el <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">combustible per\u00f2xid d&#8217;hidrogen, els seus porus van <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">sorbir <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">al voltant del 14,6% del tint. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">D\u2019altr<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> banda<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, quan es va afegir el per\u00f2xid d&#8217;hidrogen, els motors \u201cengegats\u201d van a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">bsorbir<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> m\u00e9s del 50% del contaminant<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> ja que podien <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">autopropulsar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">-se<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> a l&#8217;aigua. Aquest treball emfatitza l&#8217;alt potencial dels cristalls de MOF com a micromotors. Com assenyalen els autors, la forma cristal\u00b7lina i la mida del<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> porus es poden <\/span><span
