El documental muestra c\u00f3mo es la dura la evoluci\u00f3n de esta enfermedad hasta la muerte de los pacientes. Hasta hace pocos a\u00f1os no se conoc\u00eda la causa, y gracias a la investigaci\u00f3n se pudo identificar, abriendo as\u00ed el camino a encontrar un tratamiento.
