Se trata de un dispositivo innovador que contiene un canal bioimpreso en 3D con estructuras que imitan las vellosidades intestinales y reproduce los compartimentos epitelial y estromal de la mucosa intestinal. En este modelo se han incorporado electrodos que permiten supervisar la formaci\u00f3n de la barrera intestinal en tiempo real. El dispositivo es muy vers\u00e1til y tiene potencial para aplicarse en el modelado de enfermedades y el cribado de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn nuestro estudio, integramos la parte blanda, que consiste en hidrogeles con c\u00e9lulas, con una morfolog\u00eda adecuada. El intestino consta de varias capas, incluyendo el epitelio que forma la superficie interna y el estroma, un tejido conjuntivo que apoya el epitelio y mantiene la integridad de la barrera intestinal. La falta de representaci\u00f3n adecuada de estos componentes ha limitado el desarrollo de modelos eficaces.
