Seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/noticias\/espana-logra-un-record-de-retorno-de-3416-millones-de-euros-con-el-programa-horizonte-0?s=09\">informe del Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Universidades<\/a>, el IBEC ocupa el quinto lugar, con 22 actividades financiadas, 11 de ellas como coordinador, siendo el centro m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o por n\u00famero de investigadores en el top 5. Este logro destaca el papel central del IBEC en investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n a nivel europeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El IBEC destaca especialmente por su participaci\u00f3n en las ayudas del Consejo Europeo de Investigaci\u00f3n (ERC), un componente clave de Horizonte Europa. Estas ayudas, destinadas a financiar investigaci\u00f3n de frontera en diversas disciplinas, han consolidado a Espa\u00f1a como el cuarto pa\u00eds de la UE-27 por retorno en esta categor\u00eda, con un 8,3% del presupuesto europeo. Dentro de las diez entidades espa\u00f1olas con m\u00e1s \u00e9xito en el ERC, <a>el IBEC y el Centro de Regulaci\u00f3n Gen\u00f3mica (CRG)<\/a> son los \u00fanicos centros de investigaci\u00f3n, lo que subraya su singularidad y excelencia en el panorama nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2014, con el inicio del programa Horizonte 2020, el IBEC se ha mantenido consistentemente entre las cinco primeras posiciones en cuanto a retorno en Espa\u00f1a. Este logro refleja su destacado rendimiento en la captaci\u00f3n de fondos europeos y subraya la importancia de esta financiaci\u00f3n para consolidar su liderazgo internacional en bioingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un factor clave de este \u00e9xito es un modelo de gesti\u00f3n centrado en los proyectos. Toda la estructura del personal de gesti\u00f3n del IBEC se organiza en torno a las diferentes etapas de los proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, con un enfoque \u00fanico que ha inspirado a otros centros de investigaci\u00f3n. En el coraz\u00f3n de esta estructura est\u00e1 la Oficina de Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos, formada por gestores de proyectos con formaci\u00f3n doctoral en diversas \u00e1reas cient\u00edficas. Este equipo brinda asistencia t\u00e9cnica y ejecutiva a los l\u00edderes de grupo para la adquisici\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de recursos, asignando a cada grupo de investigaci\u00f3n un gestor especializado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A este \u00e9xito, se suma el trabajo del equipo de estrategia del IBEC, que ha gestionado proyectos institucionales como el COFUND o las alianzas con instituciones internacionales y el posicionamiento en redes europeas como IBISBA, EBRAINS y EIT<ins> <\/ins>Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos datos forman parte del an\u00e1lisis sobre la participaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola en Horizonte Europa, el programa marco de I+D+I de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para el periodo 2021-2027, que cuenta con un presupuesto total de 95.500 millones de euros. En sus tres primeros a\u00f1os, Espa\u00f1a ha alcanzado un r\u00e9cord de retorno financiero de 3.416,9 millones de euros, situ\u00e1ndose como el tercer pa\u00eds con mayor retorno, solo por
