El pasado viernes 16 de mayo, el Instituto de Bioingenier\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a celebr\u00f3 la und\u00e9cima edici\u00f3n de reSEARCH4TALENT<\/em>, una jornada dirigida a estudiantes de grado y m\u00e1ster interesados en iniciar una carrera en investigaci\u00f3n. El evento reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 personas <\/strong>\u00a0que pudieron conocer de cerca el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el instituto, conversar con investigadores e investigadoras y visitar los laboratorios.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pasado viernes 16 de mayo, el Instituto de Bioingenier\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a (IBEC) celebr\u00f3 la und\u00e9cima edici\u00f3n de reSEARCH4TALENT<\/em>, una jornada dirigida a estudiantes de grado y m\u00e1ster interesados en iniciar una carrera en investigaci\u00f3n. El evento, que tuvo lugar en el Parc Cient\u00edfic de Barcelona, reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 personas que pudieron conocer de cerca el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el instituto, conversar con investigadores e investigadoras y visitar los laboratorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada comenz\u00f3 con la bienvenida institucional y una presentaci\u00f3n a cargo de Elisabeth Engel, investigadora principal y directora adjunta de talento y formaci\u00f3n del IBEC, quien ofreci\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n general del instituto, su misi\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y su compromiso con la formaci\u00f3n de nuevas generaciones de investigadores. A continuaci\u00f3n, el equipo de gesti\u00f3n de personas ofreci\u00f3 una charla pr\u00e1ctica sobre oportunidades, convenios de pr\u00e1cticas y entornos de trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n intervino el Comit\u00e9 de Doctorado del IBEC, que comparti\u00f3 su experiencia y consejos sobre c\u00f3mo afrontar el inicio de una carrera cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras una pausa para el caf\u00e9, se celebr\u00f3 una feria de talento en la que los y las estudiantes pudieron hablar directamente con los grupos de investigaci\u00f3n, informarse sobre l\u00edneas de trabajo, itinerarios de carrera, equilibrio entre la vida personal y profesional, y posibilidades de movilidad internacional. La jornada concluy\u00f3 con visitas guiadas a los laboratorios del IBEC, donde los asistentes conocieron de primera mano los espacios y tecnolog\u00edas utilizadas en los proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n del instituto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2024, el IBEC firm\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 140 acuerdos de pr\u00e1cticas con universidades nacionales e internacionales, consolidando su compromiso con la formaci\u00f3n y la atracci\u00f3n de talento joven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con eventos como reSEARCH4TALENT<\/em>, el IBEC refuerza su apuesta por acercar la ciencia a las nuevas generaciones, inspirar vocaciones y ofrecer oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional en el \u00e1mbito de la bioingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
