El an\u00e1lisis confirma que estos nanobots mesoporosos de estructura multicapa y fabricados con s\u00edlice son capaces de autopropulsarse en medios i\u00f3nicos, y se detect\u00f3 un mayor contenido de Dox dentro de las c\u00e9lulas HeLa despu\u00e9s de una, cuatro, seis y 24 horas de incubaci\u00f3n usando las nanopart\u00edculas activas comparando con los nanomotores pasivos cargados con el mismo f\u00e1rmaco.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsta alta eficacia contra el c\u00e1ncer es el resultado de una mayor liberaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco que funciona en sinergia con el amon\u00edaco producido en altas concentraciones por el sustrato de urea\u00bb, dice el profesor de investigaci\u00f3n ICREA Samuel.<\/p>\n<p>La mejora lograda por los nanobots propulsados por enzimas en la administraci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos puede tener potencial para su uso futuro en aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas, como la liberaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos al contacto con sustratos espec\u00edficos en ubicaciones espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Art\u00edculo referenciado:<\/strong> <\/em>Ana C.
