Main tasks and responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

– Mouse oocytes, sperm and embryo collection
\n– Pronuclear and cytoplasmic microinjection
\n– Embryo biopsy
\n– IVF and embryo transfer
\n– Collaboration in animal research experiments (adult biopsy).
\n– Mouse colony management
\n– Basic molecular: PCR, Immunostainings
\n– Basic Cell culture
\n– Management and administration of stocks
\n<\/b>
\n<\/b>Requirements for candidates:<\/b><\/p>\n

– BSCs Live Science degree Biology, Biotechnology or equivalent
\n– 4 years experience in mouse embryology
\n– Animal Experimentation Certification
\n– Fluent level of English
\n– High motivation and ability to be involved in a multidisciplinary team<\/p>\n
