Sin embargo, la determinaci\u00f3n de la velocidad de liberaci\u00f3n de tales mol\u00e9culas de un tejido in vivo representa un desaf\u00edo importante, debido a las contribuciones incontroladas de otros tejidos.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, investigadores del IBEC han desarrollado una plataforma que permite localizar la fuente de citoquinas. Despu\u00e9s de cultivar tejidos biomim\u00e9ticos en 3D, los investigadores conectaron el \u00abm\u00fasculo en un chip\u00bb a una plataforma de detecci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas de alta sensibilidad con el fin de medir su actividad biol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante este enfoque novedoso, los cient\u00edficos pueden monitorizar la secreci\u00f3n temporal de las mol\u00e9culas IL-6 y TNF\u2014\u03b1 resultantes de la estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y qu\u00edmica de los tejidos musculares esquel\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los autores, esta metodolog\u00eda podr\u00eda contribuir no s\u00f3lo a una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de la contribuci\u00f3n de\u00a0 las mol\u00e9culas IL-6 y TNF-\u03b1 en el proceso de inflamaci\u00f3n relacionada en el m\u00fasculo, sino tambi\u00e9n a futuros estudios de trastornos metab\u00f3licos .
