Sin embargo, estos modelos carecen de caracter\u00edsticas importantes que s\u00ed tienen los \u00f3rganos originales, como su madurez o esperanza de la vida. <strong>En esta revisi\u00f3n, los autores discuten de que forma la bioingenier\u00eda puede proporcionar informaci\u00f3n sobre las propiedades biof\u00edsicas del tejido original y as\u00ed reproducirlas en los organoides<\/strong>. Hasta la fecha, los cient\u00edficos han generado a partir de c\u00e9lulas madre organoides de cerebro, ri\u00f1\u00f3n, intestino, pulm\u00f3n, retina, o\u00eddo interno, h\u00edgado, entre otros. Estas plataformas de cultivo celular han permitido el estudio de programas morfogen\u00e9ticos tempranos que impulsan la especificaci\u00f3n y la diferenciaci\u00f3n de tejidos, y han dado lugar a una nueva clase de cultivos tridimensionales seguros y asequibles para aplicaciones en la investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica.
