El uso de un enfoque no dirigido no requiere conocimientos previos sobre una v\u00eda metab\u00f3lica espec\u00edfica, pero proporciona informaci\u00f3n valiosa sobre las huellas dactilares que revelan estas condiciones espec\u00edficas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>La metabol\u00f3mica no dirigida tiene un contenido computacional importante, AlpsNMR cubre el flujo de trabajo completo de los datos de RMN desde el preprocesamiento de se\u00f1ales hasta el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico para el descubrimiento de biomarcadores. El software est\u00e1 disponible para la comunidad metabol\u00f3mica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Santi Marco, l\u00edder de grupo del IBEC y profesor de la UB\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La herramienta desarrollada, llamada <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sipss.github.io\/AlpsNMR\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">AlpsNMR<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (Sistema de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rocesamiento espectral automatizado para RMN), es un paquete R que aplica un flujo de trabajo conciso de manera automatizada, en el que los usuarios no necesitan demasiado conocimiento sobre el procedimiento. Esta tuber\u00eda comprende todos los pasos del flujo de trabajo de la metabol\u00f3mica, desde los espectros 1D hasta la identificaci\u00f3n de los biomarcadores putativos que predicen una condici\u00f3n. La canalizaci\u00f3n comienza con el paso de carga que importa el directorio que contiene m\u00faltiples espectros de RMN 1H. El paquete tambi\u00e9n incluye algoritmos para la detecci\u00f3n de <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">muestras at\u00edpicas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, si corresponde,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> puede informar y eliminarlas. El paquete es capaz de detectar, alinear y normalizar los picos de RMN mediante varios algoritmos (creatinina urinaria, normalizaci\u00f3n del cociente probabil\u00edstico, \u00e1rea total\u2026) particularmente \u00fatil en muestras biol\u00f3gicas de orina. La herramienta crea gr\u00e1ficos interactivos en formato HTML que se pueden editar, ampliar o convertir a una figura PNG. Despu\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n de picos, el marco de datos adquirido est\u00e1 listo para el an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico. El proceso de selecci\u00f3n de picos (o caracter\u00edsticas) se lleva a cabo en base a un sofisticado <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico desarrollado especialmente para esta herramienta de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> paquete. Este an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico implica la aplicaci\u00f3n de modelos de m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales mediante <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bootstrap<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
