{"id":98441,"date":"2022-08-11T09:36:42","date_gmt":"2022-08-11T07:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibecbarcelona.eu\/?p=98441"},"modified":"2022-09-29T12:44:19","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T10:44:19","slug":"human-resources-officer-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibecbarcelona.eu\/es\/human-resources-officer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Introduction to the vacant position:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Human Resources Unit<strong> <\/strong>is looking for an HR Officer with focus in talent development to carry out strategic and administrative HR functions and to support our scientific staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the HR Unit is to reinforce IBEC\u2019s mission through delivering high-level services to all stakeholders and effectively implement HR policies throughout the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HR Unit deals with all issues related to the employee life cycle: recruitment and selection, contracting, training and development, promotion, compensation and benefits, wellbeing, health and safety, mobilities, employee visa, onboarding and leave management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Unit leads strategic projects such as the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) in line with the Principles of the Charter and Code of the European Commission and the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an HR Officer you will have a core role in the HR strategic projects; you will focus in attract, retain and develop talent for our Institute; and you will support various research groups and their members during their employee life cycle providing them with our HR services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be in charge of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Implement all types of HR policies, processes and procedures.<\/li><li>Provide first-line HR support to the research groups assigned (supervisors, researchers and students) in everything that has to do with the employee life cycle.<\/li><li>Contribute with new ideas and solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness and digitalization of HR processes.<\/li><li>Management and maintenance of the different personnel databases.<\/li><li>Talent management:<ul><li>Coordinate and implement the annual training plan according to budget;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Work with different stakeholders to identify learning needs;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including virtual training;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Maintain our Training Platform and create training reports;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Coordinate of training offer with other BIST research centers;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Coordinate of the training subsidies by Fundae in collaboration with our external provider.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Gender and Diversity:<ul><li>Coordination and Implementation of the Gender and Diversity management plan.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Identify equality &amp; diversity needs through the collection of qualitative and quantitative information. Monitor and evaluate actions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Recruitment and Selection for the research groups assigned<ul><li> Organize, manage and disseminate job advertisements; <\/li><li> Interview as HR member in the recruitment commissions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Implementation of the actions of HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy of the European Commission).<\/li><li>Support and execute internal projects of the Human Resources Unit.<\/li><li>Support the Head of the Unit in other talent management and administration functions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements for candidates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essential:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>University degree.<\/li><li>Postgraduate or Master in Human Resources.<\/li><li>Minimum three years\u2019 experience in an HR Department with general understanding of HR processes and policies in an international context.<\/li><li>Experience in managing selection and training and career development processes.<\/li><li>Full command in Spanish and English.<\/li><li>Excel advanced user.<\/li><li>Used to work with HR metrics.<\/li><li>Passion to work with people and talent management.<\/li><li>Competencies: Communication, proactivity, customer orientation, planning and organizational skills, teamwork, creativity to find unique solutions and ability to implement them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Advantageous:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience in implementing development management programs.<\/li><li>Knowledge in SAP.<\/li><li>Project management skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Number of available positions: 1<\/li><li>Starting date: October 2022<\/li><li>Working conditions:<ul><li>Full time permanente contract co-funded by the Apoyo a Centros de Excelencia Severo Ochoa of the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Universidades.<\/li><li>Measures to reconcile work and family life (maternity and paternity leave, flexible schedule working hours, teleworking, 23 working days of paid holidays, 9 leave days for personal matters, among others).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u2022 IBEC ensures equality of access to professional development opportunities irrespective of employment status, length at IBEC or other factors.
