Training activity in leadership&management skills.
The workshop will help Group Leaders and Senior researchers to make the right hiring decision with guidelines and tools to use when interviewing candidates, using the Competency Based Method of Interview.
Dates:
20th and 21st June, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. In person class sessions = 6 hours. Two three-hour sessions
