THEMATIC NETWORKS
The IBEC Thematic Networks are an intramural collaboration programme designed to foster scientific collaboration and strengthen synergies across IBEC’s research groups.
Each network brings together at least five IBEC research groups around a key area of bioengineering with high potential for inter-group collaboration. Networks provide a forum for exchanging ideas through workshops with invited speakers, a final retreat and a small collaborative proof-of-principle project emerging from the participating groups.
Through this programme, IBEC deepens its commitment to multidisciplinary and intramural collaboration, as part of its broader mission to advance health innovation and scientific discovery. All IBEC groups are welcome to join any thematic network and take part in its activities.
