Senior Researcher the Biomaterials for Regenerative Therapies Research Group

Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:

 

  • Lead the workpackages related to biological characterization and constructs testing
  • Biological in vitro preclinical testing of 3D bioprinted constructs
  • Lead deadlines and write the reports.
  • Accomplish with deliverables and milestones.
  • Attend the project meetings
  • Supervision of Master and PhD students
  • Manuscript writting

 

 

  • Requirements for candidates:

 

  • Multidisciplinary knowledge in the field of bioengineering with special emphasis in the area of bone and cartilage regeneration.
  • PhD in biomedical engineering, biochemistry, cell biology or related fields.
  • Experience in biomaterials and biological characterization
  • Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
  • High level of English
  • Experience in leading projects and coordination.

  • Full time 15-month contract with options to be extended.
