Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing all the communication tasks for the Project
- Produce and update web content for the project.
- Manage social networks for the project.
- Write and edit texts for news, press releases, newsletters and reports.
- Support in the organization and documentation of project events.
- Evaluate scientific articles published by IBEC researchers and define the news for the web or a press release for the media.
Requirements for candidates:
- Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or other related disciplines).
- Master in Science Communication.
- Two years experience in scientific writing (web content, news and press releases).
- Full command in English.
- Competencies: communication, team working, proactivity and attention to detail.

- 2 years, part-time employment contract.

The Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia, IBEC is an interdisciplinary research center focused on Bioengineering and Nanomedicine based in Barcelona.
