Thematic Network. NET-NANO Workshop 4: Towards clinical translation
The Next-Generation Nanomedicine Network (NET-NANO) is hosting its fourth workshop on May 8th, focusing on the theme of clinical translation. This event will address the critical challenges of bridging the in vitro-to-in vivo and bench-to-clinic gaps.
We are honoured to welcome Prof. Twan Lammers (RWTH Aachen University Clinic, Germany) as our Plenary Speaker. The workshop will also feature talks from both internal IBEC researchers and leading external experts, including Dr Ibane Abasolo (IQAC-CSIC), Dr Marta Soler (Nanobots Therapeutics), and Dr Judit Morlà-Folch (ICMAB-CSIC), bringing together a diverse range of perspectives on clinical translation and entrepreneurship, including experience in founding spin-off companies.
Join us for a day of insightful presentations, a challenge board, and a roundtable discussion designed to network and explore the future of nanomedicine. This event will be particularly interesting for PhD students and Postdocs eager to explore the world beyond pure academia, or for anyone with a great taste for science and innovation and a willingness to have a good time.
