Pilar Jiménez, representing IBEC’s Communications and Outreach Unit, and Head of Finance Ana González collected the prize, which will fund the unit’s successful proposal for a series of scientific talks on nanobiotechnology, robotics and tissue engineering to be held at libraries and civic centres in Barcelona. IBEC’s project was one of the 42 chosen from nearly 250 proposals sent in this year.
