The Biomaterials Europe Conference and Medevice Spain Exhibition will combine a new European biomaterials conference with the first Spanish exhibition devoted to the design and manufacture of medical devices.
The conference, in which IBEC director Josep Planell is a speaker and chair of the session ‘New Biomaterials and Design Trends’, will offer the opportunity to hear presentations by renowned international experts on bionanotechnology and tissue engineering. Topics covered will include the latest market trends, regulatory updates, new biomaterials and design trends and biocompatibility, as well as advanced manufacturing and packaging requirements for medical devices.
Held alongside the exhibition, the conference will bring together researchers and Europe-based manufacturers creating devices such as drug-delivery or diagnosis and therapy systems to discuss and compare technical papers, case studies, lessons learned and results.
