Laboratory Technician at the Pluripotency for organ regeneration Research Group
Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:
Generation of cardiac reporter cell lines from human pluripotent stem cells
Generation of cardiac cells for the assembly of cardiac constructs
Implementation of cardiac engineered cells into microfluidic devices to model disease.
Requirements for candidates:
Expertise, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biology, electrical engineering, or similar areas
Previous experience in human pluripotent stem cells manipulation (cell culture, differentiation and genome editing).
Previous experience in the use of microfluidic systems to steer human pluripotent stem cells differentiation will be very positively evaluated.
Competencies and skills: Excellent communication and teamworking skills, proactivity, commitment, critical and analytical thinking
High level of English

1 Full time 2-year contract. Open ended.
