L’IBEC i l’AEFAT units contra l’atàxia telangièctasi
Avui s’ha celebrat l’esdeveniment “Avances en Ataxia Telangiectasia” organitzat per l’Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya (IBEC) en col·laboració amb l’AEFAT, l’associació espanyola família atàxia-telangièctasi. Una trobada entre familiars de pacients, investigadors i clínics per aprofundir en els últims avenços en el maneig clínics de l’atàxia telangièctàsia.
Aránzazu Villasante rep un ajut de l’Associació Espanyola Contra el Càncer per estudiar el neuroblastoma
El projecte es centra en el desenvolupament d’un xip que serveixi com a model per provar nous fàrmacs per al tractament del neuroblastoma, un càncer cerebral infantil. La recerca ha rebut un finançament de 200.000€ i està liderada per Aránzazu Villasante, investigadora Sènior de l’IBEC.
