Tres projectes en els quals participa l’IBEC han estat seleccionats per rebre finançament de La Marató 2018 “Contra el càncer”. Un dels projectes és liderat per l’investigador Pere Roca-Cusachs i els altres dos són co-liderats pels investigadors Xavier Trepat i Núria Montserrat. La cerimònia d’entrega dels diplomes acreditatius va tenir lloc el 30 d’octubre a l’Auditori de l’Acadèmia de Ciències Mèdiques i de la Salut de Catalunya i de Balears. En aquesta edició s’han escollit 43 projectes dels 188 avaluats per un comitè d’experts en càncer d’àmbit internacional, en funció de la seva excel·lència, metodologia i rellevància.
