Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:
• Isolation of mouse intestinal crypts and primary fibroblasts
• Culture of intestinal organoids and other cell types
• Characterization of cell cultures: immunostainings, live cell labeling, microscopy, sample preparation, tissue microsectioning
• Managing cell lab data bases and stock of reagents
• Technical support to research staff
Requirements for candidates:
• BSc on Biology, Pharmacy and Biomedicine, or equivalent. Experienced technicians would also be considered.
• Experience in cell culture of primary cells (intestinal organoids, fibroblasts, etc..).
• Experience in cell biology techniques, including: basic tissue culture methods, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, live cell labeling, microscopy techniques.
• High motivation and ability to be involved in an international multidisciplinary team.
• Competencies and skills: communication, teamwork, proactivity, commitment, collegiality, integrity, critical and analytical thinking.
• High level of English.
