Research Assistant at the Smart Nano-Bio-Devices Group

Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:

• Bio-lab Mantainance:

  • Equipment Mantainance (bio-hoods, incubators, baths)

  • Cell culture Mantainance (generation of cell and reagent stocks)

• Equipment Mantainance:

  • Fluorescence Microscopes

  • FPLC

  • DLS, incubators, biohood, and others

• Routine cell biology tasks

  • 2D and 3D culture (cell lines and primary)

  • Immunostainings

  • PCRs (RT-PCR and q-PCR)

  • Western Blot

Requirements for candidates

• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or similar.
