Dos estudios liderados por el IBEC han logrado recrear el proceso de transdiferenciación de la vasculatura del neuroblastoma en modelos fabricados in vitro. Estos modelos, uno en 2D y otro en un chip microfluídico, proporcionan plataformas para buscar nuevos biomarcadores y diseñar terapias efectivas contra este tipo de cáncer.
Esta acreditación, concedida por el Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades, reconoce la relevancia e impacto de los resultados de investigación del IBEC a nivel internacional e implica una financiación de 4,5 millones de euros en 4 años.
