The Nanoscopy for Nanomedicine group at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) is looking for Senior Researcher candidate to work in the project Design of Nanomaterials for Targetted Therapies Guided by super Resolution Imaging. This position will be funded by the “ERC Starting Grant” from the European Research Council (ERC).

Pere Roca-Cusachs gana el premio SBE-40 2018
El Consejo Ejecutivo de la Sociedad de Biofísica de España ha otorgado el premio SBE-40 Enrique Pérez-Payá 2018 a Pere Roca-Cusachs, investigador principal del IBEC y profesor asociado de la UB, por sus destacadas contribuciones al descubrimiento de la base física de las respuestas celulares a las señales mecánicas.
El Consejo Ejecutivo de la Sociedad de Biofísica de España ha otorgado el premio SBE-40 Enrique Pérez-Payá 2018 a Pere Roca-Cusachs, investigador principal del IBEC y profesor asociado de la UB, por sus destacadas contribuciones al descubrimiento de la base física de las respuestas celulares a las señales mecánicas. El premio ha sido otorgado cada año desde el 2010 en memoria del Dr. Enrique Pérez-Payá, quien contribuyó al desarrollo, traducción e internacionalización de la biofísica en España.
Pere ofrecerá una charla y recibirá su galardón en el 6º Congreso Ibérico / 10º Congreso Iberoamericano de Biofísica en Castellón del 20 al 22 de junio.
La Sociedad de Biofísica de España se estableció en 1986. Su objetivo principal es promover el contacto entre los biofísicos que trabajan en España y la comunidad biofísica internacional.
