IBEC promueve el desarrollo de terapias avanzadas gracias a la financiación FEDER
Los fondos del Programa Operativo FEDER de Cataluña 2014-2020 han cofinanciado la adecuación de nuevos espacios de laboratorios y la adquisición de equipamiento científico para los laboratorios del IBEC destinados al desarrollo de la investigación en nanomedicina y la ingeniería de tejidos para el desarrollo de terapias avanzadas, a través de la convocatoria de Proyectos Singulares institucionales de infraestructuras de I+D con una dotación total de 700.000€.
Los organoides intestinales llegan a los medios
El grupo liderado por el investigador principal Xavier Trepat en el IBEC, junto con el investigador asociado Marino Arroyo y otros colaboradores internacionales han desarrollado organoides intestinales y han medido, por primera vez, las fuerzas celulares y han descifrado como se pliega y se mueve la pared interior de este órgano vital.
