Introduction to the vacant position:
The Biomaterials for Regenerative Therapies Group is looking for a Research Assistant to develop a micro physiological platform to test biomaterials in vitro.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Optimize the design of the previously developed platform and fabricate a prototype of the organ on a chip.
- Fabricate biomaterials for testing.
- Validate the platform in vitro and in vivo.
- Write reports.
Requirements for candidates:
Essential:
- Biomedical engineering, Physics, chemist or equivalent Degree
- Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
- High level of English
Advantageous:
- Experience in microchips and microfluidics
- Experience in cell cultures
