A Spanish collaboration, including researchers from IBEC, has been awarded the prestigious ASPIRE Europe 2013 Hemophilia Research Award from Pfizer, the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company.
On 7th-9th November IrsiCaixa’s Unit of Public Engagement on Health Research, in a collaboration with IBEC, will host two workshops to help teachers who want to introduce the concept of nanotechnology to their pupils. The initiative is part of the European project “NanOpinion”, which aims to monitor public opinion on nanotechnology, paying special attention to public education.

Yesterday the III Spanish Chapter Meeting of the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB) was celebrated and organized by the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC).
