A ±1.2V / 350μW integrated front-end architecture for atrue/false in-vivo subcutaneous detection device ispresented. The detection is focused on using threeelectrodes amperometric sensors. The powering and AMtranscutaneous communication are based on aninductively coupled link working at 13.56 MHz. Aprototype device (5.5 mm x 29.5 mm) has beenimplemented and fully validated.
