Introduction to the vacant position:
The Phase Transitions in Health & Disease Group is looking for a Lab Manager to support the development of yeast deep mutagenesis projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:
- Preparing reagents for Microbiology
- Validation of specific phenotypes by Microscopy techniques (Co-localization, FRAP)
- Training of students in basic molecular biology techniques
- Ordering and Lab Maintenance
Requirements for candidates:
- Degree in Life Sciences/ Engineering
- Previous Expertise in Yeast Genetics and Advanced Microscopy
- Previous Lab Management Experience
- Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork, Commitment, Proactivity, Collegiality, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
- High level of English

- Starting date: September 1st., 2022
- Working conditions:
- Full time contract until 30/08/2025. Very competitive salary.
