The Banco Sabadell Foundation has held its edition of the Awards and recognizes the contributions of Spanish researchers in the fields of cellular immunology and nanotechnology. In the case of Samuel Sánchez, it recognizes his interdisciplinary research, highlighted by his research on nanorobots. He has been awarded the Banco Sabadell Foundation Prize for Science and Engineering.
