NanoMed Spain organises Nano World Cancer Day 2016

Speakers will include IBEC Director Josep Samitier, Mª Jesús Vicent, principal investigator at the Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe, Mª Luisa Villahermosa, R+D director at Genomica, Aleix Prat, Head of Medical Oncology at Hospital Clínic and principal investigator at the Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology, and Teresa López-Fando Salinas,
 Asociación Española contra el Cáncer (AECC).

Germany, Austria, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom will also be holding events simultaneously on Nano World Cancer Day, each attended by nanomedicine experts from each country and from different backgrounds including researchers, physicians, oncologists and entrepreneurs.

Nano World Cancer Day was first held in 2013 and is organised at the European level by the European Technology Platform for Nanomedicine (ETPN) under European project ENATRANS (Enabling Nanomodicine Translation), and locally by the different components of the ETPN in each country.
